Configure Krantz Mail to match your workflow.

General

Threads

Control concurrent connections:

• Thread Count - Number of simultaneous checks
• Limited by your plan
• Higher = faster, but more resource usage

Timeout

Connection timeout in seconds:

• Default: 30 seconds
• Increase for slow connections

Retries

Number of retry attempts for failed connections:

• Default: 2 retries
• Only retries transient errors

Protocols

Enable/disable protocols:

IMAP

• Primary protocol for most providers
• Recommended: Keep enabled

POP3

• Fallback for providers without IMAP
• Recommended: Keep enabled

Outlook (Pro+)

• For Microsoft domains only
• Required for best Microsoft results

SMTP

• Validates sending capability
• Available on all plans (Beta)

ABV

• For ABV.bg, gbg.bg, gyuvetch.bg domains
• Supports check and search, no mail viewer
• Available on Pro plan only

GMX

• For gmx.com, gmx.net, gmx.de, gmx.at, gmx.ch domains
• Supports check and search, no mail viewer
• Available on Pro plan only

Proxies

Proxy Types

Select allowed proxy types:

• HTTP CONNECT - Standard HTTP proxies
• SOCKS4 - SOCKS4 proxies
• SOCKS5 - SOCKS5 proxies

Configure email search on successful auth:

Search Queries

Add search terms to run:

• Body content searches
• Subject line searches
• From/To address searches

Display

Auto-Scroll

• Enable: Results scroll as they arrive
• Disable: Manual scrolling only

Notifications

• Sound on completion
• Desktop notifications
