Login Issues
“Invalid credentials” on login
- Verify username and password
- Check Caps Lock
“Device limit reached”
- Revoke an old device from Account tab
- Try logging in again
“License expired”
- Renew your subscription
- Grace period allows limited functionality for 3 days
Checking Issues
High rate of “Connection Failed”
Causes:
- Poor internet connection
- Proxies not working
- Too many threads
Solutions:
- Test internet connection
- Verify proxies work
- Reduce thread count
- Try without proxies first
Many “Rate Limited” results
Causes:
- Too many requests too fast
- Proxies flagged/blocked
Solutions:
- Reduce thread count
- Use more/better proxies
- Try residential proxies
“Server Not Found” errors
Causes:
- Domain doesn’t exist
- No mail server configured
Solutions:
- Verify domain is valid
- Check if the domain has active mail service
Slow checking speed
Causes:
- Low thread count
- Slow proxies
Solutions:
- Increase threads (if plan allows)
- Use faster proxies
- Check proxy latency
Proxy Issues
“Proxy Error” on all checks
- Verify proxy format is correct
- Test proxies manually
- Check proxy authentication
- Try different proxy provider
Proxies working but rate limited
- Proxies may be flagged
- Try residential proxies
- Reduce requests per IP
Application Issues
App won’t start
- Windows: Install Visual C++ Redistributable
- Check antivirus exclusions
- Reinstall application
Crashes during checking
- Reduce thread count
- Check system resources
Settings not saving
- Run as administrator (Windows)
- Check disk space
