First Login

Authentication

Authentication is handled by the CLI launcher. Log in once, then launch the app:

krantz login
krantz mail

You do not enter credentials inside the app — the CLI handles it.

Device Registration

On first launch, your device is automatically registered to your license. This is permanent until you revoke it.

Device Limits

PlanMax Devices
Air1
Pro3

If you reach your device limit, revoke an existing device from the Account section inside the app or from the web dashboard at krantz.run.

Revocation Cooldown

After revoking a device, there is a 12-hour cooldown before a new device can be registered. This prevents rapid device rotation for account sharing.

Protection Banner

A banner at the top of the app shows your connection health. The app sends a heartbeat to the server roughly every 2 hours to validate your license.

StateColorMeaning
HealthyGreenConnection verified, all features available
WarningYellow2-3 consecutive failures, check your connection
DegradedOrange4-5 failures, some features may be limited
BlockedRed6+ failures, new operations cannot start

You must be online to start new operations. Running operations always complete, even if the connection drops or the banner reaches Blocked state.
