Please read these notices carefully before using Krantz products.
Legal Use Only
Krantz is intended strictly for legal purposes only. By using our software, you agree that you will only use it for lawful activities such as:
- Validating credentials you own or have explicit authorization to test
- Security auditing with proper written consent
- Corporate IT administration and account recovery
- Penetration testing under authorized engagement
You are solely responsible for how you use this software. Using Krantz for unauthorized access, credential stuffing, account takeover, or any activity that violates applicable laws is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately and without refund if we determine misuse.
We do not endorse, encourage, or support any illegal use of our products. Violation of these terms may also result in reporting to the relevant authorities.
No Password Recovery
We do not store your password and cannot recover your account if you lose access.
- We cannot reset your password
- We cannot transfer your license to a new account
- We cannot recover any account data
There are no exceptions to this policy. Keep your credentials secure and store your password in a password manager.
Webmail Protocol Availability
Krantz Mail includes specialized webmail protocols for certain providers (Outlook, ABV, GMX). These protocols connect through provider-specific web interfaces rather than standard email protocols.
These webmail protocols may stop working at any time if the provider changes their authentication flow, adds new security measures, or modifies their web interface. This is outside our control.
- IMAP, POP3, and SMTP are based on open standards and will always be supported
- Outlook, ABV, and GMX webmail protocols depend on reverse-engineered provider APIs and may experience downtime
We monitor all protocols and release updates as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of webmail protocols. When a webmail protocol is down, affected domains fall back to IMAP automatically where possible.

Refund Policy
Refer to our Terms of Service for the complete refund policy. In general:
- We do not offer refunds for webmail protocol downtime — standard protocols (IMAP, POP3, SMTP) remain available
- We do not offer refunds for lost account access
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the Terms of Service
