  • Download from Microsoft
• 100 MB free disk space

macOS

• macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later
• Apple Silicon (M1/M2) or Intel processor
• 100 MB free disk space

Download

1. Purchase a subscription
2. Download the latest version from your account
3. Extract the archive to your preferred location

First Run

1. Launch krantz-mail.exe (Windows) or KrantzMail.app (macOS)
2. The application will prompt you to log in
3. Enter your credentials

Updates

Krantz Mail checks for updates automatically. When a new version is available:

1. A notification appears in the app
2. Click “Update” to download
3. The app will restart with the new version

Antivirus Notes

Some antivirus software may flag Krantz Mail. You may need to add an exception for the application.
