Launcher does not open

On Windows, install the official Visual C++ Redistributable and WebView2 Runtime. Then download the launcher again from your dashboard.

Download is missing

Launcher downloads unlock after you subscribe to a product. If you already subscribed, sign out of the website and sign in again.

Mail shows connection errors

Run a small test without proxies. If it works, test the proxy list and lower concurrency before starting the full run.

Device limit reached

Open the dashboard and remove a device you no longer use. Start the launcher again after the device slot becomes available.

Send the product name, your operating system, and a screenshot of the error to

Telegram support. Never send passwords, recovery phrases, or private keys.
